Starting with our award-winning organic vodka – its heart copper distilled 34 times for extra flavor and smoothness – juniper and other organic botanicals are blended with a pinch of organic sugar cane. Softer on the palate, Old Tom is still bursting with classic juniper flavor and the heady herbaceous notes of basil and thyme. The finish is pleasantly round, with a subtle aftertaste of Nordic lingonberries and blueberries.
